We’re so pleased that Evey of In A Jar will be back at the mike this year. When she moved to Nova Scotia to study journalism a couple of years ago, she missed Ottawa and we missed her. She’s back in the city for the summer and slipping right back into the local scene.
Evey’s blog is a great place to go for commentary on news and happenings of all types. You might find her opinions on Ottawa politics, and ode to a favourite broadcaster, or a comparison of CBC radio between Ottawa and Nova Scotia. She’s a thoughtful young lady and she’s always interested in new ideas and new ways to get involved. She’s not one to sit by and watch things happen — Evey stands by her ideals both figuratively and literally.
She loves her cat, fashion, and libraries – you might find a great book review on her blog from time to time. She also loves improv theatre, so you can be sure that she’s going to turn in a great performance when she reads out loud.
