Come and Hear…Katharine Cornfield of Girl About O-Town!

Katharine really is a Girl About O-Town. She loves fashion, design, and the arts, and is dedicated to finding beauty in our very own city. Reading her blog is like having a virtual girls’ night out — you might be visiting a gallery opening, hitting a fashion show, catching a play, or chatting it up with the likes of MuchMusic VJ Sarah Taylor.

Katharine is also interested in smart and unique local businesses, especially started by women entrepreneurs. She loves to showcase sassy women entering the business world — and none is a better example than her own brand-new design coaching company, Housters and Co. She’s using her love of interior design, furniture refinishing, clean closets, and accessorizing to create fantastic designs for new house owners. Follow her journey as a new business owner on her blog.

Just this week, Katharine announced that she’ll be making regular radio appearances on 99.7 EZ Rock. She’ll have her own segment on Sue McGarvie’s show, Love and Lipstick, talking about great places to see and be seen around Ottawa.

Blog Out Loud is your chance to hear and see Katharine — put a face to the voice you’ll soon be hearing on radios everywhere!
